Even though I didn't buy my ebike there, they bend over backwards to help me get the appropriate parts. They communicate well when my bike is done, etc. I will continue to do business there. When my ebike dies, I'll likely buy from them.

Cannot say enough about these folks. I bought my bike from them a few years ago and take it in for regular tuneups. I am always met with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. THE place for all cycling needs!

The staff are nice, however, was charged 60$ in store for a single speed tune up that includes lube on drivetrain. On their website it states it's 50$, and my drivetrain was not lubed at all. Great job on the cableing and brakes, Im just getting into cycling so naturally I had lots of questions, didnt get many answers unfortunately. very transactional experience which is good or bad depending on the person

Owner Bob is friendly and knowledgeable about all things bikes. Shop is very well organized, easy to walk around and browse. Shop also has a dedicated service area available for tune ups and complete repairs. Bob helped me with a great truck rack. Now I'll be ready when my new bike comes into the shop and is ready for pick up!

The Squeaky Wheel Bike Shop had a great selection of bikes to choose from. My wife and I worked with Brian Peterson, our Sales Associate, who was very patient with us as we looked at a variety of bikes ranging from the Mountain Bikes to the eBikes. He answered all of our questions and provided the pros and cons of each bike that we considered. After testing several bikes during the course of our visit we finally chose the bike we wanted to take home. We asked Brian about certain accessories, such as a bike lock, cell phone attachments, etc. and he reviewed our options on those as well. The end result was that our visit to the Squeaky Wheel was exceptional. We'll be back.

I had a wonderful time at squeaky wheels, customer service was great. After putting the finishing touches to my daughters bike, one of the employees test rode the bike in the parking lot.. Checking the gears making sure it runs right great customer service. He explained to me what happens when she shifts gears..😀😀😀 …
